GIGAONE™ GIVES CABLE ONE MARKETS NEXT GEN SPEEDS
November 5, 2015 – Phoenix,AZ — (Business Wire) - Cable ONE, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) today announced that more than 200 cities and towns across the United States will be able to lay claim to the title "Gig city" with the 2016 launch of GigaONE, the company’s new Gigabit service.
Texas State Representative Brooks Landgraf said communities across Cable ONE’s Texas markets will benefit greatly from having this latest technology.

The company’s newest speed is 40 times faster than the average speed currently offered across the United States, and will be available to the majority of Cable ONE customers by the end of 2016.

Cable ONE has invested more than a half billion dollars over the past five years on network upgrades and enhancements in order to bring the latest technology and fastest speeds to its customers.
Felbab says that Cable ONE currently offers customized, dedicated Gigabit fiber optic services to businesses, and the company will begin launching residential Gigabit service over its existing hybrid fiber-coax network in the first quarter of 2016 in the following cities: Altus, OK; Duncan, OK; Borger, TX; Emporia, KS; Bisbee, AZ; Cottonwood, AZ; and McCall, ID.

Idaho Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter said GigaONE is the first step in making Idaho a Gig state.

Cable ONE Gigabit speeds will enable customers to:
- Download an HD movie in 60 seconds or less
- Download 100 songs in four seconds
- Download a game in 29 seconds

The company recently doubled speeds on virtually all of its plans for new and existing residential and business customers.

North Dakota Congressman Kevin Cramer said Cable ONE Gigabit service will allow for increased opportunities in North Dakota markets.
