CABLE ONE PARTNERS WITH ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION FOR PAPERLESS BILLING
August 20, 2014 – Phoenix,AZ — Cable ONE is working with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant a tree on behalf of every Cable ONE customer who adopts paperless billing from August 5, 2014 through Arbor Day on April 24, 2015.
Paperless billing is part of Cable ONE’s ongoing effort to offer customers more choices while reducing the company’s impact on the environment.
“We’re excited to launch this green initiative across all of our markets, and we encourage all of our customers to make the switch to paperless billing with us,” said Cable ONE Vice President Pat Dolohanty. “Whether they care about conserving natural resources, planting trees in their community, or simply enjoying the convenience that paperless billing offers, we’re offering customers a simple way to make a difference with just a few simple steps.”
Trees will be planted in Cable ONE markets and in national forests.
“The generous support shown by Cable ONE allows us to plant additional trees that will help provide clean air and water, critical wildlife habitat, and beauty that will be enjoyed by our children and grandchildren,” said Arbor Day Foundation President Dan Lambe.
In addition to supporting the environment, managing billing online through Cable ONE paperless billing provides customers with secure access to current statements, payment options, and account histories related to their Cable ONE bills.
Cable ONE customers who sign up to receive paperless billing at no charge will receive a monthly email with a secure link to their account on www.cableone.net, allowing them to view or download their bill.
