Sparklight® Donates $1,500 to the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent to Help Feed Local Families
VICTORIA, Texas (Dec. 22, 2025) – Sparklight®, Victoria’s hometown internet provider, is lending a hand to neighbors in need with a $1,500 donation to the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent. The funds will help the nonprofit respond to escalating need from local residents this holiday season.
The donation is part of Sparklight’s recent Refer-A-Friend Connections That Matter campaign. The company’s Refer-A-Friend program rewards customers for helping expand access to high-speed internet in their communities. Through the program, both the referring customer and their friend will receive a $50 prepaid card when the friend signs up for Sparklight internet and remains connected for 30 days.
“As the need at food banks grows, organizations like the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent are absolutely vital,” said Kenny Walker, Senior Regional Director, South Central. “Sparklight is proud to partner with them in helping bring new hope and brighten the holidays for those in need.”
For the food bank, community donations like these are critical.
