CABLE ONE ADDS LIFETIME MOVIE CHANNEL AND OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK
January 4, 2011 – Phoenix,AZ — Cable ONE is starting the New Year with the addition of two channels, Lifetime Movie Channel (LMN) and the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). LMN and OWN are joining Cable ONE’s digital line-up at no additional cost for current Cable ONE digital value pack customers, LMN is on channel 313 while OWN is on channel 323. In addition, LMN HD is joining Cable ONE’s High Definition line-up and can be found on channel 430.
Lifetime Movie Network is the sister network of Lifetime television. LMN offers viewers an array of more than 250 movies and mini-series each month, including exclusive films and cable premieres. LMN creates, produces and schedules its own slate of movies and miniseries starring high profile actors, developed from some of Hollywood’s top producers.
The Oprah Winfrey Network launched January 1st on what was formerly Discovery Health Channel. A joint venture between Oprah Winfrey and Discovery Communications, OWN, has shows designed to entertain, inform and inspire people to live their best lives. Programming includes weekly daytime and primetime series, specials, movies and original documentaries. Discovery Health favorites such as Mystery Diagnosis and Deliver Me will air new episodes on OWN.
